Bio

Armenian born, raised in Toronto, Canada, and currently based in Tampa, Florida,
singer-songwriter Zack Melkonian brings a unique, yet familiar blend of rock and grunge
with dramatic moments worked in between. Since he was a child, Zack has been composing melodies and poignant lyrics to form the songs that he knew he needed
to eventually release into the world. In a timely way, just when the world needs more
music, he believes that he and his band, Audiochrome is the vessel to do just that.
Like watching a favorite film, Audiochrome's music will take the listener on a visionary
journey, with lots of twists and turns and huge anthems followed by intimate moments
from the heart. Audiochrome has professionally recorded fourteen songs so far. Each
song is unique and conveys a plethora of feelings: love, loss, faith, wondering,
searching, morality and despair. Zack’s songs and his band have effectively translated
those emotions into captivating sounds with lush instrumentation, hook-filled melodies
and superb vocals. Enhanced even more by the layering of soaring strings and
cinematic horn sections, Audiochrome brings the listener into a fresh new take on the modern rock experience.
